I’ve been arguing with the manager there now for a day and use the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! which says this is just a SR5. What exactly is this 4runner??

I don’t want to get too technical, but I believe this one has far too little “random shit hanging off of it” to be a TDR Pro. Black, fake beadlock rims don’t change the trim :)

Looks like an SR5 to me. Even has the dealer-option “XP” package sticker on the tailgate. Definitely mis-listed.

I don’t know what’s to argue. The Toyota VIN lookup shows it’s not a PRO. If it were, it would say TR TRD PRO Package under factory equipment.

Sorry, I mean TRD. I type the phrase TDR about 30 times a day, so it’s muscle memory.

100% not a pro. Wrong grill (nobody is going to swap out a Pro grill for a standard grill), no scoop, no leather, no black roof rack (Pros don’t have silver) no black interior trim, no black bumper valances, rear badge area is boy color, not black, etc, etc.
That’s an SR5.

On my 3rd gen the vin sticker on the door you can see in your last pic says “SR5". Assuming Toyota continued that trend, it seems like it’d be easy to shut the guy up by having him look at what the truck says.
Also, you don’t want that. Fuck those wheels. We are going to look back in 10 years at wheels like this the same way we look back at chrome wheels. Stupid and ugly.

That’s an SR5 without the premium package with the Southeast Toyota distributors XP package! I see that it’s in Greensboro. Give Rice or Vann York Toyota a call. I’m sure they could prove that dumbass at Terry Labonte wrong.
Update, found a nearly identical one at Vann York that you can use for proof!
